The service
Selvect provides online operations software. Each company workspace is controlled by the person who created it, who may invite others and set their roles.
Trial and payment
Each new company starts with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are per company, in USD: Starter US$29/month, Business US$49/month, Growth US$99/month, Enterprise US$199/month. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront at ten times the monthly price for twelve months of access. After a paid period ends, staff access continues for 3 days before it is paused until payment. After the free trial there is no grace period. Owners retain access; company data is preserved. Subscription renewal requires payment and is not an automatic recurring charge.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in details private, enter accurate business information, and use the service lawfully. You remain responsible for the records your team enters and for meeting your own tax and record-keeping obligations.
Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may carry out maintenance.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Selvect at any time. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Backups and deletion
Owners and authorised Management can download a company backup. Company owners can delete a company in settings, and account deletion is available in account settings. Read the warnings before confirming: unbacked-up information may be permanently lost.
