What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and any profile picture you upload. When you use a company workspace, we store the business records you enter, such as customers, quotes, invoices, jobs, stock and staff details.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to provide the service: signing you in, showing your company its own data, sending notifications you have asked for, and billing the account owner.
Who can see it
Your records are visible to the people you invite to your company workspace, according to their role. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other companies using Selvect.
How it is stored
Data is held in a managed, access-controlled database. Uploaded files such as logos and profile pictures are stored privately and served through short-lived links.
Your choices
You can update or correct your details in your account at any time. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email charmainemumbamarwo@selvect.com and we will respond within 30 days.
